With his cosmopolitan and creative kitchen concept, Christoph Rainer has been setting new accents since September 2017, giving the Luce d'Oro restaurant its own culinary identity. In the process, the team always focuses on the essentials when creating a dish: the product and its flavor. His creations often make do with just three main components and flavor bridges, which are brought to the fore through surprising preparation techniques and flavor combinations. An exciting play with acidity, sweetness and spiciness, as well as with different textures and consistencies make the dishes exciting culinary experiences full of complexity and surprising moments.
The star chefs fuse their cooking styles and guarantee an unforgettable taste experience. Our restaurant manager and sommelier Loris Lenzo will lead through the evening, serving the exquisite wines matched to each course.
