Hybrid Meetings

The Einstein St.Gallen offers hybrid meetings for up to 50 people, adapted to the specifications of the FOPH and in compliance with the corresponding hygiene and protection measures. Whether you take part as a participant on site or comfortably from home. We offer the best audio, monitor, camera and much more.

The Special includes the following:

• Seminar room with daylight and fresh air supply or windows for ventilation
• Concert seating in compliance with the minimum distance
• WLAN or LAN
• Beamer incl. Audio
• External camera including preview screen for online meetings via zoom, Microsoft Teams or Skype
• Microphones for smaller groups (additional microphones or headsets available on request)
• Notebook with presenter
• Personal for instruction

Prices:

CHF 2'110.00 per half day (morning or afternoon up to a maximum of 5 hours)
CHF 2'810.00 per day
