Wine Cellar Einstein
In the time-honored city of St. Gallen behind the walls of the Einstein St.Gallen, hides a unique jewel. The magical atmosphere of the brick vault made of white Bordeaux limestone holds over 3100 positions of wine that are second to none. The management and care of the wine cellar is the responsibility of the Wine Director of the house, Loris Lenzo. He an his wine team select the fine wines with great care and dedication. The main focus is on exclusive rarities from Bordeaux and Burgundy, fine champagnes and a remarkable number of world-class Swiss wines. Every day we try to find new treasures and to make them accessible to the public in order to honor the work of the winegrowers.
