In the fitness area, modern fitness and cardio equipment, a weight room and a Milon circuit are available on three floors. A variety of group classes are offered in the three group rooms.

The modern wellness area invites you to relax. On two floors, you will find everything your wellness heart desires. A sauna area with steam baths, Finnish, herbal and bio saunas, an ice fountain, a crystal bath with massage nozzles and massage seats as well as various adventure showers await you. In addition, massages and a separate ladies' area are offered. Relaxation and tranquility can be found in the relaxation rooms.

Please note that swimwear must be worn on the 4^th floor and that the 5^th floor is garment-free.
