With a breathtaking view over the rooftops of the city of St. Gallen, the Einstein Gourmet invites you to a culinary masterpiece. Enjoy a taste experience, which our chefs Sebastian Zier and Richard Schmidtkonz, awarded with 18 points GaultMillau and two stars Michelin, conjure up on the table.
The Mid-Week Special will seduce you with a 4-course menu in a class of its own. After an unforgettable dinner at Einstein Gourmet, our soft feathers invite you to a restful sleep. The next day you start the day with a balanced and rich breakfast buffet.
