Every third Friday of the month, we provide a platform for local and international artists with the Einstein Session.

Beth Wimmer

Growing up near Boston, infected by her older siblings with Janis Joplin and Neil Young, Beth Wimmer moved to Southern California when she was 18 years old. Here she found the perfect breeding ground for her inspiration. Under the guidance of 'Mojo Monkeys', roots-rockers David Raven and Billy Watts (Keith Richards, Norah Jones, Jackson Browne, Eric Burdon, John Mayall) she honed her stage presence and perfected her songwriting.

Beth writes songs about people, life, dreams and the pitfalls of love with great sensitivity and humor... The latter she moved to Switzerland permanently eleven years ago.
A highlight of her time in Switzerland took place only recently: In July 2018, Beth played with her band Soul Mates at the legendary Montreux Jazz Festival.

Beth Wimmer will play as a replacement for Akt Ando. The band had to cancel the concert due to COVID-19.
