Wine & Dine - Unexpected Chianti Classico

The series "Unexpected Chianti Classio" takes place in the most important cities of German-speaking Switzerland and also stops in St.Gallen. Producers of the Vino Chianti Classico consortium tell the story of their wineries personally and present the corresponding wines during dinner. Four labels of the so-called "Black Rooster" are available for tasting, matching the menu created by our chef.
