Stefan Heilemann - 18 points GaultMillau & 2 stars Michelin - Chef of the year 2021, Switzerland
Born in Germany, he went through the high school of cooking legend Harald Wohlfahrt at the Traube Tonbach. After completing his cooking apprenticeship, he decided to stay and continue learning. First as Chef de Partie at the Köhlerstube restaurant, which was awarded 16 GaultMillau points. Then, in 2007, Harald Wohlfahrt brought him to his 3-Michelin-starred restaurant Schwarzwaldstube, where he cooked at the highest level as Chef Tournant. Over the course of his career, Heilemann's very own style of cooking crystallized: based on the principles of Wohlfahrt's classic cuisine, he incorporated the impressions he had gathered on his travels. The combination of the highest product quality, excellent culinary craftsmanship, a willingness to experiment and his characteristic touch of "acidity" quickly led to success. Since June 2020, Stefan Heilemann has been cooking at the WIDDER HOTEL in the WIDDER Bar & Kitchen.
The star chefs fuse their cooking styles and guarantee an unforgettable taste experience. Our restaurant manager and sommelier Loris Lenzo will lead through the evening, serving the exquisite wines matched to each course.
