The winding old town of St. Gallen, on whose edge the Einstein lies, is a good place for a pleasant cultural stroll or shopping trip. But the city and its surroundings offer lots more in the area of culture, sport and leisure. We've put together a small selection for you:

Golf: Close to our hotel, you'll find three 18-hole golf courses; Erlen/Amriswil, Waldkirch/St.Gallen and Gonten/Appenzell. We ould be happy to support you and to reserve a start time for you.

Walking: we have many suggestions for walks including high-Alpine routes, due to our proximity to the Alpstein mountains and Lake Constance. Ask for our walking guide at reception.

Water sport: Lake Constance (the Swabian Sea) is less than 20 minutes away and has numerous leisure activities and sports on offer.
